Start by filling out our student information form and scheduling a time to meet!

Every student begins with a friendly assessment to understand their current skill level. This helps us identify their strengths, pinpoint areas for growth, and see how they approach problem-solving.

Once the assessment is complete, we create a personalized learning plan tailored just for them. The skills and topics on this plan will guide our tutoring sessions to ensure steady progress and confidence building.

Once we've completed your student's assessment, we will recommend a number of times per week. We recommend every student come at least 2 times a week for an hour in order to maintain consistent progress.

We will send out monthly emails, updating you on student progress!
Bi-Monthly Progress Checks
Checking In and Keeping Up

Every two months, we will do a short progress check with your student! This is like a mini-assessment so we can see how their progress is coming along! Based off of this, we will update their learning plan and of course, share these results with you!
Extras!
Teacher Communication
Once you get started, we will share a teacher communication permission slip with you. If you would like, we can reach out to your student's teacher and gather information from them as well!
Weekly Progress Emails
We will send you an email every week letting you know what your student worked on and how they're doing!
Prize and Reward System
Students earn "Becca Bucks" for all the pages and work they complete during their sessions and can use these to purchase prizes from our prize cabnet!
